The Personalized Educational Student Support Program (PESSP) is the heart of SPEACLE. It is designed to do what traditional private tutoring often lacks and fails to provide: structure, accountability, and one-on-one mentorship from relatable peers who have mastered the same academic journey. Students are paired with IB graduate mentors who design customized study plans, schedule regular calls, conduct assessments, and track progress.
