Mohammad Taha Isapoor Kalkhoran

Chief Excecutive Officer (CEO)

Mohammad Taha Isapoor Kalkhoran is the founder and owner of Speacle, and the only public speaker under 18 in Iran. Internationally, he ranks among the top five public speakers in his age group.
He serves as a judge for university business start-up competitions and coaches public speaking and oratory skills at both universities and schools. Through his masterclasses and workshops, Mr. Isapoor has trained over 300 students, from ages 6 to 56.
In addition to organizing ISC Talk events, He is also a dedicated biology researcher, focusing on immunology with an emphasis on cancer and cancer vaccines. Beyond his academic pursuits, he is an accomplished pianist, blending his passion for music with his multifaceted career.
Mostafa Shahhosseindastjerdi
Services Department Manager

Mostafa Shahhosseindastjerdi is the Manager of the Tutoring Department at Speacle. A graduate of the Class of 2024 with an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, Mostafa brings over 11 years of experience in the Australian education system to his role.
In addition to his academic expertise, Mostafa is a FIBA-licensed 3rd grade official and currently serves as the captain of the Faraz Shemiran U18s basketball team. His achievements include being named the NSW PSC Young Sportsman of the Year and accumulating two years of experience as an assistant basketball coach in Australia.
As a native English speaker at the C2 level, with an 8.5 in IELTS, Mostafa specializes in IB-related academic consulting, offering guidance on Internal Assessments (IAs), Extended Essays (EEs), Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and Individual Orals (IO). He also has two years of tutoring experience in Mathematics Standard Level, Biology Higher Level, and Business Management Higher Level, making him an invaluable asset to both the Speacle team and the students he mentors.
Mohammed Hashim Ahmed
Research and Developtment (R&D) Department Manager

Mohammed Ahmed Hashim, a Class of 2024 IB Diploma graduate, leads the Research and Development department at Speacle with a solid foundation from 9 years in the Cambridge System, including IGCSE studies. Fluent in Kurdish and English (C1), and proficient in Persian (B1/B2), he has managed translation and foreign relations for two companies.
His professional experience includes internships at Floria Lab and Basir Medical Center, along with a partnership with university agencies. Mohammed has also served as a jury member for the Farabi Organization’s International Film Festival and as a commissioner for the import and export of medical utilities. A passionate student of philosophy and a skilled public speaker, he continues to drive innovation and excellence at Speacle.
